Ingredients:
One flank steak
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon oregano leaves
One half teaspoon garlic powder
6 cups marinara sauce
Directions:
Lay the flank steak open on a cutting board. Sprinkle the pine nuts,
oregano and garlic over the flank steak.
Roll the flank steak like a jellyroll starting at the narrow end. Either
tie with string, or skewer to make sure the flanks steak stays in a
roll.
In a large pot place the flank steak and cover with the marinara sauce.
Simmer gently for about two hours, until the flank steak is extremely
tender.
