Spinach Meatloaf


This dish is quick and easy to prepare so you can relax while it bakes.
 

  Yield: 4

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/4 cup egg substitute or one egg
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly by hand.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Place the meatloaf mix into the casserole dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes covered and for another 15 minutes uncovered.
