Ingredients:
1 18" baguette
4 ounces brie
1/2 cup cucumber slices peeled
2 teaspoons Margarine
Directions:
Slice the baguette lengthwise, then into 4 sandwiches.
Spread a little margarine on the bottom half of each sandwich, then top
with slices of Brie and cucumber.
