Ingredients:
1 each pear unpeeled, cored and sliced 1/4" thick
4 ounces Stilton cheese, sliced
2 Tablespoons walnut halves or quarters
1 18" baguette
Directions:
Slice the baguette lengthwise, then into four equal sandwiches.
On the bottom half of each piece, place 1/4 of the Stilton, walnuts and
pears.
