Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces Italian sausage, mild
32 ounces chicken broth, fat free, low
sodium
1 can canellini beans, undrained
1 package frozen chopped spinach, 10 oz.
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:
In a large soup kettle, heat the oil over medium
heat and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the sausage and brown it, breaking it up with
a spatula.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer
for 20-25 minutes.
